Vizyon Stella whipping cream is ideal for replacing fresh whipped cream, it produces a professional stable cream for frosting cakes and topping desserts. Vizyon whipping cream has a smooth easy-to-spread texture and sweet vanilla taste.
Whipping Cream produces stable cream that you can keep in ambient temperature for as long as you need it, and it won’t get watery on your products.
Flavour: Vanilla whipping cream and chocolate mousse powder
Size: 1kg of Vizyon Stella whipping cream and 200g of Vizyon Chocolate Cream Stabiliser mix.
Using instructions:
- Prepare Vizyon whipping cream, as per instructions on the package. Whip it for 1 minute.
- Mix the Cream Stabiliser powder with water and add into the cream. Whip for a further 1 minute so it is still runny and can be poured into the mould.
- Pour the mousse cream mix into a mould and shake out any air bubbles.
- Place into a freezer for 12 hours or overnight.
- Remove the mousse cake from the mould and cover with Vizyon mirror glazes which are ready to use and pour.
