Vizyon Stella Whipping Cream is ideal for replacing fresh whipped cream, it produces a professional stable cream for frosting cakes and topping desserts. It combines well with melted couverture chocolate and eases the production of mousse cakes, no bake cheesecakes and frozen ice cream desserts.

Using Instructions: Cool the Vizyon Whipping Cream in the fridge 10-15 minutes before use, this helps the product perform to its best. Add the required amount of powder and water or milk in your mixing bowl. Mix for 1 minute slow and minimum 4-5 minutes fast, don’t stop earlier even if it looks ready. Refrigerate ready made cream for 15 minutes before use.
Cakers tip: The best ratio of water and whipping cream is 1.7 litres of chilled water to 1 kg packet of whipping cream.
Cakers tip: Keep the left over cream in the fridge or freezer. Just bring it out and rewhip in your mixer when you need it.
