Acetate cake strips or collars are one of those pastry chef secret weapons that everyone should know about. They’re most often used to line the sides of pans when molding mousse cakes or other soft desserts. Acetate wraps are often also used when working with chocolate. Ideal for creating curved and custom designs for desserts.
The acetate collars keep the filling in and give the cake clean, crisp sides. The strip can be cut and is flexible to bend and mould. Acetate strips peel away from all surfaces smoothly. When using with chocolate it leaves a natural sheen (gloss). A completely Food Safe product (reusable if required)
