Using instructions: Fill the mould with your favourite dessert (ours is a chocolate mousse), place it in the freezer for at least 12 hours. Make sure the dessert is completely frozen, before turning it out. Decorate with mirror glaze, or with your favourite fruit and berries.
Cakers tip: Try making layered desserts, to have an extra wow factor. Use lustre dusts to sparkle up the mirror glaze, to make it look extra special.
