Cake Craft cocoa butter is a concentrated product and perfect to colour and decorate chocolate and other fat masses. You can add chocolate colours to the white Cake Craft cocoa butter, to achieve prefered colouring.

Using instructions: Melt the Cake Craft cocoa butter, by placing the bottle in a warm water bath, at a temperature not higher than 40C. Add the cocoa butter directly to the product to be coloured or apply with a brush to decorate the surface of the chocolate.
INGREDIENTS: Cocoa butter, Colours (E171). May contain traces of milk, sulphites, soy and hazelnuts.
