The Vizyon Select white compound chocolate chips are perfect for use through baking products. Or perhaps just add as a decoration or topping over your desserts. They have a deep, dark chocolate colour and flavour.

For the chocolatier, you will find that when melted it has a good texture and flow making it easy to work with.
