Cakers tip: Since this product is water based, avoid adding it to oil based products like chocolate and ganache.
Usage instructions: Use approx. 1g of flavouring per 1kg of your final product adjust if stronger flavour is needed.
INGREDIENTS: Ethanol (starch and/or sugar derived), water, natural and synthetic flavour. Free from cereals, crustaceans, eggs, fish milk, nuts, peanuts, soy, sulphites and lupins.
