To make sure the edible print is good quality, it is very important that the image you send us is HIGH resolution. Please DON'T send photos, that look tiny on your computer screen or screenshots, they are not suitable for printing as we have to make them bigger and that will end up blurring the image and we don't take responsibility over the quality of the image.

The accepted formats for the images are jpg, jpge, please do NOT send any other format of photos. The processing time for your image is 2 business days.

Using instructions: Remove your edible image sheet from the air tight bag. Have your frosted cake or baking ready. Your buttercream or icing should not be dry or have a skin prior to placing the edible image on it. When applying edible images to fondant, brush a small amount of water on the area prior to placing the edible image to ensure it adheres properly. Pull down on the plastic backing sheet and the edible image should release from the backing sheet. If the image does not release from the plastic backing sheet, place the edible imaged sheet in the freezer for about 15 seconds. Gently remove the edible image beginning with a corner - do not pull hard on the sheet as they are a bit delicate and could rip.

Cakers tip: We recommend adding the edible image on your cake on the day of the event.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Colours may vary slightly on printed edible paper.
