Meet the Over the Top Professional series ready to use silky smooth buttercream! This brand new Swiss meringue style buttercream will blow your mind on so many different levels. 

As the name suggests it has silky smooth texture - perfect for covering cakes and piping on cupcakes.

Over the Top silky smooth icing has snow white colour with no added titanium dioxide and natural vanilla flavour. It is easy to colour, flavour and clean and won't leave oily feeling in your mouth or on dishes.

Over the Top silky smooth buttercream is allergen free, vegan friendly and Halal suitable.

It comes in two different sizes - 1L and 2L tubs.

Using instructions: For best results, mix the icing on low for a few minutes before use. But this buttercream icing can also be used straight from the tub, just open it and start decorating.

INGREDIENTS: Vegetable fats and oils, Sugar, Maize starch, Tapioca starch, Emulsifiers (435, 471), Antioxidant (307B from soy bean), Flavours, Water, Salt, Cream of tartar.

I'm not a particular lover of ready to use buttercream as to me they taste synthetic. However, this one passes my taste test 😊

It tastes really nice, tad oily to work with but great substitute as a dairy free option.
