Flavour: Raspberry Sorbet - not your usual raspberry flavouring, more of a sorbet finish and similar to an Allen's raspberry gummy lolly.
Cakers tip: Since this product is water based, avoid adding it to oil based products like chocolate and ganache.
Usage instructions: Use approx. 1g of flavouring per 1kg of your final product adjust if stronger flavour is needed.
INGREDIENTS: NGREDIENTS: Ethanol (starch and/or sugar derived), water, natural and synthetic flacour. Free from cereals, crustaceans, eggs, fish milk, nuts, peanuts, soy, sulphites and lupins.
