Vizyon Charlotte Mousse Powder Mix 200g - Raspberry

Vizyon Charlotte mousse powder mixture is used as a filler for cakes and pastries, but it can also be served on its own as a mousse. It doesn't have the rubbery texture associated with a gelatine base prepared mousse. Various fillings, flavours and colours can be added to the Vizyon Charlotte mixture, or choose from range of pre-flavoured & coloured powder mixtures.

Vizyon Charlotte mixes are vegan as well as halal certified.

Using instructions: Dissolve the Vizyon Charlotte powder in water and fold in whipped cream, you can also use Vizyon Stella Whipping Cream Powder.

Cakers tip: You can pipe the mixture into silicone moulds and freeze. Once frozen, remove from the silicone moulds, decorate and enjoy the simpliest mousse ever.
