This high quality half sphere silicone cake mould is all you need, to wow your guests on your next dinner party. Use it to make whimsical, intricate looking centrepieces, which will look just as good as they taste.

This silicone mould has flat base. If you need to make perfect round balls you’d need to buy round ball silicone moulds, that come in several different sizes.

Size: The whole silicone mould: 29.5cm x 12.5cm x 3cm

           Each individual mould: 5.5cm x 3cm

Cleaning: Dishwasher safe

Using instructions: Fill the silicone mould with your favourite dessert (ours is a chocolate mousse made with Vizyon Charlotte mousse mix), place it in the freezer for at least 12 hours. Make sure the dessert is completely frozen, before turning it out. Decorate with mirror glaze, or with your favourite fruit and berries.

Cakers tip: Try making layered desserts, to have an extra wow factor. Use lustre dusts to sparkle up the mirror glaze, to make it look extra special.
